Participants will have access to an exclusive GLOTADALS group rate during the summit dates. To secure this rate, participants must book their rooms directly with the hotel by calling +1 (704) 455-8200 or by using the hotel’s official website at www.embassysuitesconcord.com , and clearly identify themselves as part of the GLOTADALS 2026 group at the time of booking.
The reservation due date is Saturday, 20 June 2026. After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released back to the hotel’s general inventory, and late bookings will be accepted only on a space-available basis and may be charged at the hotel’s prevailing public rate, which may be higher than the GLOTADALS group rate.
